Cancellation Policy for Double Brave Trucking
You may cancel a scheduled freight service or logistics agreement with Double Brave Trucking by providing written notice prior to dispatch or service initiation. Cancellations made after dispatch or within the minimum notice period may be subject to cancellation fees or partial charges, as outlined in your service agreement.
If Double Brave Trucking terminates your access to services due to a breach of contract or violation of our terms, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of payments already made.
Upon cancellation or termination of services, any account-related data may be removed in accordance with our privacy policy. It is your responsibility to retain or export any service records or documentation you may require prior to cancellation.
Double Brave Trucking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or offering at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued for services already rendered or committed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
