Refund Policy for Double Brave Trucking

Double Brave Trucking provides freight transportation and logistics services through scheduled agreements and service contracts. All service fees are considered final and non-refundable once service has commenced or been confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed at the sole discretion of Double Brave Trucking.

Double Brave Trucking reserves the right to adjust pricing for its services, surcharges, or related fees at any time, with or without prior notice. Any pricing changes will apply to future service agreements and not affect active contracts already in place.

In the event that a client’s service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms or contractual agreement, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the payment made.

Double Brave Trucking is not liable for any compensation, refund, or reimbursement for changes in availability, modification, suspension, or cancellation of any part of the service, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
